The location is excellent. I found it near many interesting places. The shower and bathroom were wonderful! The bed was comfortable for restful nights.
My breakfast experience was disappointing. It fell short of expectations. For the first two days, there was little more than coffee available. The limited selection did not satisfy my morning appetite, and I desired more options.

amazing location friendly staff professional staff tough job
The hotel's location proved amazing. Broadway and central park were easily accessible by foot. the staff was very nice (always ready to help!). cleaning staff was friendly and professional. i hope they pay these people well because they do a very tough job with a smile.

Solid Stay Near Central Park
helpful staff quick response useful information
The staff were very helpful. They responded quickly to my requests regarding the air conditioning. They also provided useful information about nearby amenities. I appreciate their attention to detail and willingness to assist.
The television had some issues. It kept flashing and rebooting continuously. Unplugging it was not possible. This was a bit disruptive .

The staff responded well to lowering the AC temperature. Adjusting the AC timing was easy and effective. Housekeeping respected my request to avoid unnecessary calls. The service rate is a 9.

The location provides easy access to transportation. Several restaurants are nearby for dining options. The proximity to the metro is also a plus for getting around. The facilities get a solid 8.

The room included stone sink. The bathroom size allowed comfortable movement. I found ample space for storing personal items. The rooms score an 8 for these features.

I found the staff helpful. They answered all my questions efficiently. the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. i especially liked the rooftop space. The city views were amazing at night.
the air conditioning unit was quite loud, so it was hard to sleep at times. it's an older unit, and i hope they replace it soon.

while a full breakfast wasn't available, i enjoyed the coffee and pastries offered each morning. a small selection of fruit was available too. the dining area was clean and well-kept.

My superior king room included a king-sized bed and a small seating area. I found it spacious. the bathroom had a rainfall shower and complimentary toiletries. the closet had ample space.

The hotel features a rooftop terrace with city views. It closes at 10 pm. there is a small gym with a treadmill and some free weights. the elevators were often busy!
